摘 要:目的优选超声波辅助提取盾叶薯蓣酸水解物中薯蓣皂苷元的工艺条件;方法以产品得率和薯蓣皂苷元的提取率为考察指标,采用单因素实验研究超声功率、提取温度、料液比、占空比4个参数的影响,优选最佳提取工艺;结果最优工艺条件为超声功率400 W、提取温度60℃、液料比40∶1、占空比1∶1,在此工艺条件下产品得率和薯蓣皂苷元的提取率分别为:10.5%、4.61%;结论超声波辅助提取盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元的优化工艺稳定可靠。Objective: To optimize the ultrasound- assisted extraction process of diosgenin from Dioscorea Zingiberensis C. H. Wright. Method: The optimal extraction process was selected by single- factor experiments. The influences of ultrasonic power,temperature,ratio of liquid to raw material and duty cycle were investigated. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ultrasonic power 400 W,temperature 60 ℃,ratio of liquid to raw material 40∶ 1 and duty cycle 1∶ 1. And the yield of extracted product and diosgenin were 10. 5% and 4. 61%. Conclusion: Conclusion: The optimized process conditions are stable and practicable in manufacture.
