摘  要:目的分析中枢神经系统感染的脑地形图(BEAM)、CT和磁共振成像(MRI)的诊断价值和临床意义,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法选择2011年2月-2015年2月中枢神经系统感染患者103例,均应用BEAM、CT、MRI检查对中枢神经系统感染进行诊断,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果中枢神经系统感染患者中检查异常率BEAM为86.41%、CT为54.37%、MRI为96.12%;BEAM和MRI检查异常率均显著高于CT(P<0.01);患者在中枢神经系统感染的早期BEAM和MRI异常率均显著高于感染后期(P<0.01)。结论BEAM、CT、MRI对中枢神经系统感染的诊断均具有一定价值,但BEAM和CT对中枢神经系统感染检查异常率优于CT,3种不同诊断方式可根据不同情况联合使用,可获得更为理想地效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of the brain electrical activity mapping,CT and MRI in patients with the central nervous system(CNS)infection so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis.METHODS EEG,BEAM,CT and MRI examination were performed and analyzed in both 103 patients with the CNS infection(study group)and 77 cases of the normal control group in our hospital from Feb.2011 to Feb.2015.All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0.RESULTS The positive rates of BEAM,CT,and MRI were 86.41%,54.37%,and 96.12%,respectively.The positive rates of BEAM,EEG in study group were significantly higher than the positive rates of CT(P〈0.01).In the study group,the early positive rates of BEAM,CT,MRI was significantly higher than the latter stages(P〈0.01).CONCLUSION The examination of BEAM,CT,and MRI has diagnostic value for the patients with the CNS infections.The positive rates of BEAM,EEG in study group were significantly higher than the positive rates of CT.The CT in combination with MRI may effectively improve the clinical diagnosis of central nervous system infections.
