摘  要:目的分析神经内科患者介入治疗后颅内感染病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法收集医院2012年1月-2015年1月200例神经内科介入治疗后疑似感染患者脑脊液标本,进行涂片检测并培养,分析病原菌分布及耐药性,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果共培养出病原菌200株,以革兰阳性菌为主115株占57.50%,其次为革兰阴性菌62株占31.00%,真菌23株占11.50%;凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、微球菌属与屎肠球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺耐药率均为0;新型隐球酵母菌、白色假丝酵母菌与曲霉菌属对特比萘芬耐药率均为0。结论脑脊液感染主要以革兰阳性菌为主,故而针对病原菌类型与耐药性合理选择抗菌药物。OBJECTIVE To analyze distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in patients with intracranial infection after interventional therapy and to provide reference for clinical use of anti-bacteria.METHODS From Jan.2012 to Jan.2015,200 patients suspected to have infections after neurological interventional therapy were enrolled in this study.Their cerebrospinal fluid specimens were smeared and cultured.Distribution and drug resistance of pathogens were identified.Data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0.RESULTS A total of 200 strains of pathogens were cultured,including 115 strains of gram-positive bacteria that accounted for 57.5%,62 strains of gram-negative bacteria accounted for 31%,and 23 strains of fungi accounted for 11.50%;drug resistance rates of coagulase negative Staphylococcus,Micrococcus and Enterococcus faeciumto vancomycin and linezolid were all 0;drug resistance rates of Cryptococcus neoformans,Candidaand Aspergillus to terbinafine were all 0.CONCLUSIONCerebrospinal fluid infections are mainly resulted from gram-positive bacteria,so it is reasonable to choose antibiotics according the type and drug resistance of pathogens.
