十二指肠联合血管切除置人造血管移植术患者感染预防的研究

摘　　要：目的研究十二指肠切除联合血管切除置人造血管移植术后感染患者临床护理方法及护理效果,为临床降低术后感染率提供参考依据。方法选取2013年1月-2015年10月医院诊治的68例十二指肠切除联合血管切除置人造血管移植术感染患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各34例;对照组采用常规方法护理,试验组实施全面综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果试验组患者治疗后总有效率为91.2%,显著高于对照组的76.5%;试验组患者并发症发生率为8.8%,显著低于对照组的23.5%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十二指肠切除联合血管切除置人造血管移植术感染患者治疗过程,实施全面综合护理效果理想,能够提高临床疗效和患者满意率,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical nursing methods and nursing effect for patients suffered from infections after duodenum combined with vascular resection and artificial vascular graft infections,and to provide clinical reference for reducing postoperative infection rates.METHODS The data of 68 cases of patients with duodenal combined with vascular resection and artificial vascular graft infections diagnosed and treated from Jan.2013-Oct.2015 in the hospital were analyzed.Patients were divided into control group and experimental group based on random control method,each group had 34 cases.Control group received conventional nursing method,while experimental group implemented comprehensive nursing.Nursing effects of two groups were compared.RESULTS Total effective rate of experimental group was 91.2%,significantly higher than the total effective rate of 76.5%in control group.The complication rate of experimental group was 8.8%,significantly lower than the control group 23.5%（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe effect of comprehensive nursing for patients suffered from infections after duodenum and vascular resection and artificial vascular graft is promising.Comprehensive nursing can improve clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction rate,and should be widely applied.
