摘　　要：目的探讨肛周脓肿应用超声诊断价值,为感染的治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年1月于医院治疗的60例肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,术前对所有患者进行超声检查,并将超声诊断结果与手术所见进行比较,评价肛周脓肿患者实施超声检查的临床价值,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 60例患者经手术确诊以单纯性肛周脓肿为主,共32例占53.33%;55例患者经超声检查确诊,复合率为91.67%;肛瘘声像图特点为早期出现脓液者,可见腔内液性暗区,而晚期肛瘘者腔内可见不均质回声,未观察到有较为明显的血流信号。结论对肛周脓肿患者实施超声诊断具有较高的诊断符合率,不但能对肛周脓肿进行准确分型,而且还有助于医师对脓肿大小、范围等进行了解,为后期治疗提供可靠依据。OBJECTIVE To explore the value of ultrasonic diagnosis applied on infectious crissum disease,and to provide the basis for the treatment of infections.METHODS A total of 60 patients with infectious crissum disease treated in the hospital from Jan.2014 to Jan.2015 were selected as research subjects.All patients were subject to preoperative ultrasonography,and ultrasound diagnosis results were compared to surgery findings to evaluate the clinical value of ultrasonography on patients with infectious crissum disease.The results were statistically analyzed by software SPASS17.0.RESULTS Among the 60 patients,32patients were confirmed via surgeries with simple crissum abscess,which accounted for 53.33%;55patients were confirmed via ultrasonography,which accounted for 91.67%.The features of ultrasonogram for patients with anal fistula,for patients with early pus was featured with liquid dark area in cavity,while patients with advanced anal fistula,was featured with no homogeneous echo and no obvious blood flow signal being observed.CONCLUSION Ultrasound diagnosis applied on patients with Infectious crissum disease delivers high diagnostic accordance rate.It not only can conduct accurate classification of infectious crissum disease but also help physicians understand the size and scope of abscess,and provide reliable basis for treatment later.
