肺炎支原体肺炎患儿不同疗程阿奇霉素的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同疗程阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿中的疗效及安全性,为临床提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1-12月医院收治的129例MPP患儿为研究对象,随机分为短、中、长疗程3组,每组各43例;3组患儿给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注的单次疗程分别为≤5、6、7d,单次疗程治疗后3d根据病情变化间隔进行调整;比较3组患儿疗效率,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果长疗程组的总有效率及总满意率分别为95.3%、86.0%,明显高于短疗程组的81.4%、65.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患儿均无严重不良反应发生,短、中、长疗程组的不良反应发生率分别为0、2.3%、2.3%,3组比较差异无统计学意义。结论 MPP感染患儿采用阿奇霉素单次静脉注射7d治疗,能显著缩短临床症状体征、胸片阴影消失时间及住院时间,其安全可靠,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To compare clinical effect and safety of different courses of azithromycin on treatment ofMycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children so as to provide reference for clinical treatments.METHODS Totally 139 children with M.pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP）admitted from Jan.to Dec.2014 were enrolled for the study and randomly divided into group A,B and C with 43 cases each according to the length of the courses.The single courses of Children of A,B and C group given azithromycin through vein injection were≤5d,6d,7drespectively,and the treatments were adjusted according to the children＇s condition 3days after the single courses.The curative effect rates of the three groups were compared.SPSS 19.0 was adopted for statistical analysis.RESULTS The overall efficiency and overall satisfaction rate in group A with long course were 95.3%and 86.0%,which were significantly higher than the group C with short course of 81.4% and 65.1%（P〈0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions in all cases,and the incidences of adverse reactions of group A,B and C were 0,2.3% and 2.3% respectively,there were no significant differences among them.CONCLUSIONFor children infected with MPP,azithromycin of single 7dintravenous treatment could significantly reduce the clinical symptoms,signs and chest X-ray shadow disappearing and length of hospital stay.The treatment protocol is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
