摘  要:采用HNO_3和H_2O_2作为消解体系,经微波消解进行样品前处理,采用ICP-MS标准曲线法测定不同产地、不同采摘时间的10批金雀花药材中20种微量元素。标准曲线线性、精密度、回收率良好,10批金雀花药材中微量元素含量大小顺序为Ca>K>Mg>Fe>Na>Al>Mn>Sr>Zn>Ba>Cu>Ni>Cr>Ag>Li;药材中含有较为丰富的Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素,可以共同起益气补血作用,与金雀花具有"具有滋阴、和血、健脾"的功效相符。有害元素As、Pb、Hg、Cd、Sb含量极低,甚至未检出,有较高的药用安全性。实验建立的微波消解-ICP-MS法方法准确,精密度高,可用于测定金雀花药材中20种微量元素含量测定。Using HNO_3 and H_2O_2 as digestion system. The concentrations of microelement of 10 batches Parochetus communis in different origin and different time was determined by standard curve method of ICP-MS. Linear of calibration curve,precision and recovery were good. The concentrations of microelement of 10 batches Parochetus communis were Ca K Mg Fe Na Al Mn Sr Zn Ba Cu Ni Cr Ag Li. The concentrations of Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu are rich in Parochetus communis,and can work together to play the role of enriching the blood. Which match with effect of Parochetus communis. The concentrations of As,Pb,Hg,Cd,Sb was very low or even undetectable,and have high medicinal safety. The method was accurate,high precision,and can perform simultaneous multi-element determination of Parochetus communis.
