摘　　要：建立同时测定止吐软膏中小檗碱和巴马汀含量的方法。采用HPLC-UV法,Agilent ODS C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液-十二烷基硫酸钠（50∶50∶0.4）,检测波长为345 nm,柱温为40℃,流速为1.2 m L/min。盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀分别在9.67~96.7μg/m L和9.74~97.4μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.65%,98.42%,RSD分别为1.42%,1.45%。该法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于止吐软膏的质量控制。To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Berberine and Palmatine content in Antiemetic Ointment. A HPLC-UV method was developed. The Agilent ODS C18 column（ 4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） was adopted with acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid-sodium dodecyl sulfate（ 50 ∶ 50 ∶0. 4） at the flow rate of 1. 2 m L / min. The detection wavelength was 345 nm. The column temperature was40 ℃. The calibration curves of Berberine hydrochloride and Palmatine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the ranges of 9. 67 ~ 96. 7 μg / m L and 9. 74 ~ 97. 4 μg / m L. The average recoveries were 99. 65%and 98. 42% with RSD of 1. 42% and 1. 45%. The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible for the quality control of Antiemetic Ointment.
