摘 要:以王庄煤矿8101工作面的煤层地质条件为背景,采用1∶60大比例相似材料试验,研究大采高综采工作面分别向不同倾向断层推进时所引起的矿压及顶板岩层变化规律。研究表明:当工作面由上盘接近断层,会首先在顶板岩层内形成切入断层的超前水平裂缝,该裂缝下方顶板发生较大的垂直位移;当工作面由下盘接近断层,顶板会沿断层面出现整体下沉,支架压力增大,工作面通过断层后,采空区上覆岩层发生大范围不均匀沉降,距工作面越近下沉量越大;工作面的推进会引起上覆岩层裂隙带的台阶式发育,且工作面由下盘向断层推进引起裂隙带发育的高度与速度均大于从上盘推进时的情况;通过对支架压力的监测,明确了断层带压力增高区,对现场工作面的支护与加固具有指导意义。A similarity simulation is made to study the fully mechanized high cutting working face with a large ratio(one sixtieth),based on the geological conditions of 8101 face in Wangzhuang coal mine,to study neighboring pressure and the variation law of roof strata,when high cutting fully mechanized faces advances towards fault with different dip.The result shows that,when working face gets close to the fault from hanging wall,advanced horizontal fractures are formed first which pitched in the fault in top rocks,the roof under the horizontal fracture shifts much more vertically.When working face gets close to the fault from foot wall,the roof sinks along the fault plane as a whole and the support pressure increases.After it passes the fault,the large scope of overlying rocks in goaf sinks unevenly,the closer to working face,the more settlement occurs.The advancement of working face causes the terraced development of fissure zone in overlying rock.When the face is advanced from the foot wall to the fault,the height and the speed of fissure zone development are higher and faster advanced from the hanging wall.According to the support pressure monitoring,the area of pressure increasing in fault zones has important guiding significance for working face support and reinforcement.
