摘　　要：博来霉素是一种具有良好抗肿瘤活性的氨基糖肽类抗生素。综述了博来霉素的化学性质、作用机制和临床应用。提出为推广博来霉素类化合物在临床上的应用,解决其诱导的肺毒性以及肿瘤细胞逐渐形成的耐药性等问题,应研发博来霉素衍生物,提高其临床疗效,并降低其毒副作用。Bleomycin（ BLM） is a kind of amino glycopeptide antibiotic which shows high antitumor activity. The chemical property,mechanism and clinical therapeutics of bleomycin were summarized. In order to promote clinical application of bleomycin, avoid pulmonary toxicity induced by bleomycin and resolve the problem of drug resisitance of tumor cells which formed gradually in the cause of treatment, bleomycin derivatives should be developed to improve clinical therapy and reduce the side effect.
