摘  要:针对同忻矿千万吨级综放工作面在高强度回采作业中所产生的高浓度粉尘问题,合理布置供水管网,采取布设喷雾、煤层注水、洒水清除浮尘、设置水幕帘等方式进行粉尘控制,并通过现场观察和实测数据分析,来检验现阶段的粉尘治理效果,得出千万吨级综放工作面的粉尘产生及运移分布规律,以及现有粉尘治理措施的不足,据此提出粉尘控制改进措施,确保矿井安全生产。Highly intense extraction of 10 Mt-level fully-mechanized mine face of Tongxi Mine produces high concentration of dust. In order to tackle this issue, the study reasonably laid out water supply network and adopted methods like mist spray, coal seam water infusion, spraying water to remove floating dust and setting water curtain to control dust and evaluate the current-stage dust control effect through on-spot observation and measured data. The study found out the rules of dust production and transportation in 10 Mt-level mine face and room for improvement in existing dust control measures. Based on the findings, this paper puts forward measures to improve dust control and ensures safe production of the mine.
