摘 要:对东庞矿浮选药剂与邢台矿浮选药剂的煤泥浮选效果进行了适用性对比实验,为了提高显德汪矿煤泥浮选的精煤产率,降低精煤灰分,并采取另外3种不同药剂对显德汪矿煤泥进行了浮选实验,结果表明3号药剂浮选效果最好。进而对3号药剂进行工业实验,得出最佳药剂制度为捕收剂2 m L/s,起泡剂4.25 m L/s,此时精煤产率68.22%,精煤灰分9.62%,浮选完善指标为62.01%,能够满足产品需要。Based on the comparative research on the applicability of floating effects of Dongpang Mine flotation reagents and Xingtai Mine ore flotation reagents, to improve the cleaned coal yield of Xiandewang mine's floating coal, and to clean ash,three other types of reagents were used to conduct the floating experiments, which showed that No.3 reagent yields the best results. Later on industrial experiments were conducted on No.3 reagent, which showed that the best system of medicament would be like this: collector 2 m L/s, foaming agent 4.25 m L/s, with cleaned coal yield of 68.22%, cleans ash of 9.62%,as well as improved floatation index of 62.01%, which can meet the needs of products.
