摘  要:河北金万泰原料气精制工艺有铜洗精制工艺和高压醇烷化工艺,对2种工艺进行了比较。提出了铜洗精制工艺存在辅料消耗、铜泵及铜液再生能耗高及铜洗精制污染环境的缺点,而高压醇烷化工艺节约了物耗和能耗,降低了成本,氨合成原料气精制度高,系统运行稳定及不污染环境等优点,较铜洗精制工艺在经济性、环保等各方面优势明显。Two processes, copper washing refining process and high-pressure methanol methanation process in Hebei Jinwantai raw gas refining process were compared. It is pointed out that material consumption in the copper washing refining process has the disadvantages of high material consumption, energy consumption of copper pump and liquid copper regeneration and copper washing environmental pollution, high-pressure methanol methanation process operation has the advantges of saving materials and energy consumption, reducing cost, high synthetic ammonia feedstock gas refining effect,stabled system and no environmental pollution etc.. Compared to the copper washing refining process the high-pressure methanol methanation process showes the obvious advantages in economy, environmental protection etc..
