摘　　要：随着社会的变化和时代的发展,青少年犯罪问题日益严重,对青少年适用监禁刑的弊端也日益突出。世界各国司法机构纷纷开展青少年犯社区矫正的尝试,这一模式的关键是建立一整套以"青少年为本"的社会支持网络,挖掘和整合各种建设性的社会资源,有效地帮助个体解决危机,促进个人正常发展,从而实现被矫正个体的再社会化过程。基于此,应建立由立法支持、经济支持、家庭支持、学校支持和社区支持等构成的社区矫正青少年犯的社会支持网络,以期为矫正青少年犯提供有效的资源供给,帮助其形成积极的自我概念,掌握必要的社会知识和生存技能,使其实现再社会化。With the changes of society and the development of the times,the problem of juvenile crime becomes more and more serious. Judicial institutions all over the world have attempted to carry out juvenile community correction. The key to this pattern is to establish a whole set social support network targeting juveniles,to excavate and integrate various constructive social resources,effectively help individuals solve the crisis to promote the normal development of the individual,so as to realize the re- socialization process of the corrected individuals. Based on this,we should establish the social support networks for juvenile community correction made up of legislative support,economic support,family support,school support and community support in the expectation of providing the effective supply of resources and help them form positive self- concept,master the necessary social knowledge and survival skills to achieve the re- socialization.
