摘  要:目的对氨基糖苷耐药铜绿假单胞菌进行蛋白分型,为医院感染监控和制定感染控制措施提供科学依据。方法收集我院2011年9月—2012年6月临床分离的82株铜绿假单胞菌,采用SELDI-TOF MS技术筛选出氨基糖苷耐药组和氨基糖苷敏感组的差异蛋白,基于差异蛋白对氨基糖苷耐药铜绿假单胞菌进行蛋白分型。结果筛选出4个蛋白峰,质荷比分别为9 900.02,9 101.25,7 600.04,10 372.87。在欧氏距离等于10时,氨基糖苷耐药铜绿假单胞菌分为3型6亚型。结论我院氨基糖苷耐药铜绿假单胞菌存在克隆传播流行,应及时实施医院感染的防控策略,控制其暴发和流行。Objective To discuss protein typing of aminoglycoside-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa of our hospital,so that antibiotics can be used rationally and hospital infection can be controlled scientifically. Methods From September 2011 to June 2012,a total of 82 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were isolated from clinical specimens. aminoglycoside-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa were typed based on the strength of different protein peaks which selected by SELDI-TOF MS technology between aminoglycoside-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa and aminoglycoside sensitive group. Results Four protein peaks which were 9900.02,9101.25,7600.04 and 10372.87 were found expressing significantly differentially. aminoglycoside-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa were divided into 3types and 6 subtypes at the distance level of 10. Conclusions Aminoglycoside-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa was cloned spread in our hospital,the timely implementation of hospital infection prevention and control strategies were needed in preventing outbreaks and epidemic of aminoglycoside-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa.
