摘 要:以热顶半连续铸造生产的5056铝合金圆锭为例,根据工业上铝合金管材实际生产工艺流程,使用金相分析、直读光谱分析及电子扫描分析,研究了铸锭表面偏析层对均匀化热处理、挤压加工及阳极氧化的影响。结果表明,铸锭的表层化学成分及相组成与心部的有较大差异;在对其进行520℃7 h均匀化退火后,铸锭心部均匀化效果较好,但是铸锭表层发生轻微的过烧;挤压生产过程中偏析层会卷入挤压制品表面,经过阳极氧化会产生氧化色差。The effects of surface segregation layer on homogeneous heat treatment,extrusion processing and anodizing were studied for 5056 Al-alloy billets cast by hot-top semi-continuous casting. Metallographic analysis,direct reading spectrometry and scanning electron microscope were used in the research based on the practical production process of Al-alloy pipes in the industry. The results show that the billet surface and core are quite different in chemical compositions; that the core is more homogeneous and the surface is slightly over burnt when the billet is homogenized at 520℃ for 7h; and that aberration appears on the surface after anodic oxidation,mainly due to the segregation layer squeezed into the product surface in extrusion.
