金银花抗炎免疫活性研究进展

摘　　要：金银花为忍冬科植物忍冬(Lonicera japonica Thunb.)的干躁花蕾及初开的花,具有清热解毒,疏散风热的功效,主治热性病,具有抗炎免疫的作用,为治一切内痈外痈之要药。金银花提取物具有免疫抑制作用,通过抑制TNF-α,IL-1β,和IL-6等促炎细胞因子来抑制或减轻炎症反应。研究认为金银花的免疫调节作用是通过调节TH1/TH2的平衡实现的,机理主要是增加TH1细胞分泌的细胞因子或降低TH2细胞分泌的细胞因子,但物质基础及作用机制尚不明确。炎症与免疫密不可分,研发具有抗炎和免疫调节作用的药物意义重大。金银花的临床疗效与药理作用研究结果是相一致的,提示金银花可用于研发抗炎免疫药物,有待进一步研究。Lonicerae Japonicae Flos（ LJF） is the dry bud and early opening flower from Lonicera japonica Thunb.,with the efficacy of heat- clearing and detoxifying,as well as the function of dispelling wind and heat from the body,which have the effects of anti inflammation and immunity. As an important medicine to treat all visceral carbuncle and carbuncle over the body surface,the extractive from LJF had the function of immunosuppression to reduce or suppress inflammation through inhibiting the expression of proinflammatory cytokines,such as TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6et al. According to current researches,by regulating the equilibrium of TH1 / TH2,LJF regulated immune response. But the material basis and mechanisms of the action were not clear. These results indicated that Lonicera japonica was a potential medicinal plant that be used to research and development new anti-inflammatory and immune drugs.
