摘 要:积极应对全球变暖、减少碳排放和减缓石化能源燃烧已成为全球共同的战略选择。中国的能源主要消费于工业生产、交通运输及建筑行业,其中建筑行业能耗约占总能耗的28%左右,随着建筑面积的逐年递增,建筑能耗所占比例不断增高。"近零能耗建筑"由于其超低能耗、高热舒适等特点,越来越受到我国建筑行业和相关科研院所的广泛关注。本文主要针对国内外"近零能耗建筑"发展及研究的现状,探讨了我国"近零能耗建筑"发展所面临的相关问题,明确了"近零能耗建筑"在我国发展的技术路线,最后为"近零能耗建筑"在我国的健康发展指明了方向。It has become the common global strategy for coping with global warming,reducing carbon emissions and slowing down petrochemical energy combustion.. The Chinese energy consumption mainly included industrial production,transportation and buildings industry. In China,the ratio of the building energy consumption accounts for about 28% of the total energy consumption,which will increase year by year with the increasing of building area. In recent years,the nearly zero energy buildings have attracted more attention from building industry and related research academy due to super low energy consumption and high thermal comfort. The research and development situation of nearly zero energy buildings in China were summarized,and then the related problems of nearly zero energy building were discussed. Meanwhile,the technical route of nearly zero energy building was put forward clearly. At last,the development direction of nearly zero energy building in China was pointed out.
