摘  要:超低能耗建筑的发展和建筑用能特性的变化为供热空调系统设计提出了新挑战,也为以可再生能源为主的供热空调系统提供了新的发展机遇。本文以某超低能耗建筑为例,对供热空调系统的设计方法和技术要点进行分析和探讨,说明超低能耗建筑的供热空调系统设计应综合考虑多种能源形式,提高能源系统效率,实现可再生能源的最大化利用。此外,使用可再生能源的供热空调系统更为复杂,需要进行科学细致的计算分析和设计,在实际运营过程中,要持续、细致地进行调试与优化。Characteristics of building energy consumption have changed with the development of Ultra Low-Energy Buildings,and that has brought a new challenge for the design of heating and air conditioning system,also provided a chance for renewable energy driven heating and air conditioning systems. In this paper,an Ultra-Low-Energy Building is presented as an example,The design methods and technical essentials for heating and air conditioning system are analyzed and discussed. This case illustrated that combination of several of energy and energy efficiency improving should be considered to maximize the use of renewable energy during the design of heating and air conditioning system for Ultra Low-Energy Buildings. In addition,since the heating and air conditioning systems combining renewable energy are more complex than traditional systems,the design process requires scientific and precise analysis. Constantly commissioning and optimization are also necessary during the operation.
