摘　　要：本文探讨了我国被动式超低能耗居住建筑评价标识的作用和意义;提出了具有中国特色、适应中国国情且操作性较强的被动式超低能耗居住建筑的评价标识方法,把我国的评价标识工作贯穿于整个设计与建造过程,包括设计部分、施工部分以及后评估,并详细给出了每部分的技术要求和技术条件;同时也设置了切实可行的评价标识的程序和步骤。This paper explores the role and significance of the evaluation of passive ultra low-energy residential buildings rating and puts forward the evaluation method of passive ultra-low power residential buildings rating with Chinese characteristics,adapted national conditions of China and stronger operational. The evaluation work covers the whole process of design and construction,including the design phase,construction phase and after assessment.This paper not only gives detailed technical requirements and technical conditions for each part,but also sets up the evaluation program and step. It provides the passive ultra-low power residential buildings rating with technical support and technical reserves.
