植生型再生砖瓦混凝土制备与试验

摘　　要：本文研究了利用再生砖瓦骨料配制植生型混凝土的配合比、制备工艺、降碱技术、植生土施工、植物的种植等技术。利用16～20 mm的再生砖骨料,制备出了水灰比为0.29、灰骨比为0.36、强度6.8 MPa、孔隙率为30%、p H值10以下、厚度为10 mm的混凝土。实验结果表明：植生草可以穿透混凝土层,并在室外环境下生长良好。This paper studied the preparation technology for plant-growing concrete with recycled rubble, including the proportion, process, alkali reduction, planting test, etc. to prepare by 16～20 mm rubble the cultivating soil with water cement ratio 0.29, cement-aggregate ratio 0.36, strength 6.8 MPa, porosity 30%, pH 10 and thickness 10 ram. The results showed that planting grass was able to readily penetrate the planting soil with rubble and grew well outdoor.
