摘  要:采用铂金坩埚,比例为1:2的硼酸碳酸钠混合物为熔剂,在800℃下熔融试料20min,用硫磷混酸浸出熔融物,加入盐酸,用氯化亚锡-三氯化钛将Fe3+还原,用重铬酸钾标准滴定溶液滴定铁矿石中全铁含量。试验确定了熔融的条件,着重讨论了铂干扰的消除方法。熔融法用于分析铁矿石中全铁含量,相对标准偏差为0.15%~0.31%,分析结果与认证值相符。The sample was first in fusion with boric acid-sodium carbonate mixed flux (1:2) at 800 ℃ for 20 rain in a platinum crucible. After the extraction of the cold melt with sulfuric- phosphoric mixed acid, hydrochloric acid was added to reduce Fe3+. The total iron content in iron ores was finally determined by titration of potassium dichromate. Through tests the melting conditions were fixed. The elimination of Platinum's interference were discussed in detail. In this method, the relative standard deviation is between 0. 15% - 0.31% , which is in accordance with certified value.
