摘　　要：介绍了首钢京唐公司冷轧脱硅和酸再生的工艺流程，针对原冷轧氧化铁粉回用流程存在的问题，提出了采用吸排车运输回用氧化铁粉的工艺优化措施，解决了氧化铁粉回用过程中的环境污染以及因氧化铁粉质量波动而影响销售等问题，降低了回用过程的费用，效果明显。Desilication and acid regeneration process in cold strip mill in Shougang Jingtang Company were introduced. Aiming at problems in iron oxide powder recycling, process optimization measures of using suction truck to transport iron oxide powder was proposed, which was effective in reducing environmental pollution, decreasing quality variation of iron oxide powder and cutting the cost of recycling process.
