摘 要:以某钢厂板坯连铸结晶器为原型,建立1︰1的水模型进行试验,研究了拉速、水口出口角度、水口浸入深度、水口底面结构等工艺参数对结晶器表面流速的影响。结果表明:拉速和水口出口倾角对结晶器内表面流速的影响较大,水口底面形状次之,浸入深度的影响最小。通过改变工艺参数来优化表面流速,有多种组合方式,要根据实际生产情况选择最合适的优化方案。Taking the slab caster mold of a specific steel-making plant as a prototype, the model with 1:1 scale was built to study the effect of casting speed, nozzle port angle, immersion depth, bottom structure and other parameters on the surface flow velocity of liquid steel in the slab caster mold. The results show that casting speed and outlet angle of SEN have lager influence on surface velocity than bottom structure of SEN, while immersion depth of SEN has the least influence. There are various ways in changing those parameters to optimize surface flow veiocity, and the appropriate plan should be chosen based on actual production condition.
