摘　　要：造型材料的绿色化研究及其新技术新工艺研究是铸造业绿色化的重要基础。阐述了有机酯水玻璃砂造型材料铸造的绿色化优势,分析了绿色铸造理念下有机酯水玻璃砂造型铸造产生常见缺陷及旧砂回用难问题的原因,研究了解决问题的应对措施,对于绿色造型材料的有机酯水玻璃砂进一步推广应用提供重要依据。The research of green molding materials and new technology, processes were important foundation of green casting industry. Advantages of green casting for organic ester water glass sand molding were discussed, and the reasons were analyzed on common defects in molding of organic ester water glass sand and hard reuse for used sand under the concept of green casting, Countermeasures of solving problems were presented, important basis value were provided for further spreading and applying of organic ester hardening modified sodium silicate sand in green modeling material.
