大蒜芒硝封包联合抗生素治疗腹腔残余感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨大蒜芒硝包外敷联合抗生素中西医结合治疗腹腔残余感染的临床效果及护理要点。方法:统计我院128例腹腔残余感染患者,按治疗方法分为单纯抗生素治疗组和抗生素加大蒜芒硝包外敷中西医结合治疗组,每组各64例。比较两组患者的治疗效果,包括血象的变化、体温的下降情况、脓腔包块大小变化情况、临床治愈时间及住院费用。结果:通过各项指标观察,大蒜芒硝包中西医结合治疗组在脓腔消退时间、疾病愈合时间和治疗费用方面明显优于单纯抗生素组(P<0.05)。结论:采用抗生素联合大蒜芒硝外敷的中西医结合治疗方法对腹腔残余感染治疗效果优于单纯用抗生素。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect and nursing essential for patients with abdominal residual infection using garlic-mirabilite package plus antibiotics. Methods： A total of 128 patients with abdominal residual infection were divided evenly into experimental group and control group. The control group were treated with antibiotics alone and the experimental group were treated externally with garlic-mirabilite package plus antibiotics. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared, which includes hematology, temperature, the size of abscess, clinical cure time and hospitalization expense. The corresponding nursing measures were also summarized. Results： The experimental group is superior to the control group in terms of the resolving time of the vomica, the healing time of the patients, and the hospital expense（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： Treatment of abdominal residual infection with external application of garlic-mirabilite package plus antibiotics is superior to antibiotics alone, which is worth to be recommended in clinical.
