天然气管道工程冷凝液收集器结构设计与有限元分析

摘  要:冷凝液收集器的设计研发属国内首次。对于冷凝液收集器,采取分开设计、现场组装的方式,可以确保质量、缩短工期、降低运输难度和制造成本。通过对接管补强、吹扫管线、装车管线和集液槽等结构的分析,提出了厚壁接管补强结构、外部吹扫管线以及装车管线与集液槽相连通的设计方案,满足了设计工况和工艺要求。通过对冷凝液收集器进行有限元分析,确保了设计的安全可靠性。The design and research of the condensate collector is the initiate of China. For the condensate collector, the separate design and on-site assembly are applied to ensure the quality, shorten the construction period, reduce the difficulty level of the transportation and the manufacturing cost. Based on the analysis of the nozzle reinforcement, scavenging pipeline, loading pipeline, collecting tank, and other structures, the design proposals of the thick wall structure of the nozzle reinforcement, the external scavenging pipeline, as well as the linkage of the loading pipeline to the collecting tank are proposed, which then satisfy the design conditions and technological requirements. All in all, the safety and reliability of the design of the condensate collector are guaranteed through the finite element analysis.
