摘　　要：就番禺30-1近岸段海管发生泄漏为例,论述了海管损伤的应急抢修措施,包括成立应急小组、进行团队建设、施工准备、损伤点查找、损伤情况评估、维修方案选择、漏点修复和恢复生产等内容。Taking the leakage of the 30-1 coastal subsea pipeline in Fanyu as an example, the emergency measures for subsea pipeline are discussed, which include the establishing of the emergency response team, the team building, the construction preparation, the searching for the damage spot, the damage assessment, the selection of the maintenance strategy, the repair of the leakage point as well as the production recovery and so on.
