摘　　要：污染物排放标准是环境影响评价和环保工程设计的重要依据。笔者探讨了铜冶炼建设项目环评中污染物排放标准使用过程中出现的问题。提出行业污染物排放标准的污染控制因子需不断补充完善,并建议分别给出铜、镍火法冶炼和湿法冶炼的单位产品基准排气量指标。Emission standard of pollutants is the basis of environmental impact assessment（EIA）and environmental engineering design.The author discusses the problems of the use of pollutants emission standards in the practice of environmental impact assessment for copper smelting project,and puts forward the industry pollutant discharge standard of pollution control factor need to be constantly complemented,and suggests the base displacement index per unit product of copper,nickel pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy shall be given separately.
