摘　　要：湖北钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间宿主,其生长、繁殖与分布在血吸虫病流行与传播中起重要作用。本文就生态环境改变新态势对钉螺生长、繁殖和扩散的影响进行综述。Oncomelania hupensis is the only intermediate host of Schistosoma japonicum, and the growth, reproduction and distribution of 0. hupensis play an important role in schistosomiasis prevalence and transmission. This article reviews the influence of the new trend of ecological environment changes on the growth, reproduction and diffusion of the snails.
