白芷总香豆素和挥发油镇痛抗炎作用的比较研究

摘　　要：目的:研究白芷总香豆素和挥发油的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、甲醛致痛法观察白芷总香豆素、挥发油及复合成分组的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致耳肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进及棉球肉芽肿3种炎症模型考察白芷总香豆素、挥发油及复合成分组的抗炎作用。结果:镇痛实验结果显示:白芷总香豆素、挥发油对醋酸及甲醛所致小鼠或大鼠的疼痛反应具有明显抑制作用(P<0.05),复合成分组对3种疼痛模型均具有抑制效应(P<0.05或P<0.01);抗炎实验结果显示:白芷总香豆素、挥发油能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度、抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进(P<0.05);而复合成分组对3种炎症模型均有明显抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:白芷总香豆素及挥发油均具有一定的镇痛和抗炎作用,其作用特点和强度差异不明显,而白芷总香豆素、挥发油联合使用可明显增强镇痛抗炎作用,提示白芷总香豆素和挥发油具有"相须"的抗炎止痛作用。研究提示在中药新药的开发和利用中,从传统中药中分离的多种有效成分及有效成分的组合,应成为今后中药新药开发考虑的方法和方向。Objective To compare analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects of total coumarin and volatile oil of radix angelicae dahuricae. Methods The pain animal models induced by temperature and acetic acid and formaldehyde were adopted in the research of analgesic effect, and the degrees of the swelling of ears and the weight of cotton ball granuloma and the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity on the inflammation animal models were observed in the study of anti - inflammatory effect. Results The experiments of analgesic effect showed that the total coumarin and volatile oil of radix angelice dahurieae had an obvious analgesic effect on the pain animal models induced by acetic acid and formaldehyde （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. but the composite component had an obvious analgesic effect on the 3 kinds of pain animal models （ P 〈 0. 05 ; P 〈 0. 01 ） ; The experiments of anti - inflammatory effect showed that the total coumarin and volatile oil of radix angelice dahuricae had an obvious anti - inflammatory effect, reducing the degree of swelling ear and the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity on the inflammation animal models （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. but the composite component had an obvious anti - inflammatory effect on the 3 kinds of inflammation animal models （P 〈0. 05 ; P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Both the total coumarin and volatile oil of Radix Angelieae dahuricae have obvious analgesic and anti -inflammatory effects, and there are no significant difference between them, but the total coumarin combining with volatile oil shows more analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects, the means that the total eoumarin maybe has synergistic effect with volatile oil on analgesic and anti - inflammatory effects. In the same time, the researchers of developing new medicine from traditional herbs maybe consider more about the composite component of herbs in the future.
