摘 要:目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染的不同临床检验方法及效果。方法:选取85例小儿肺炎支原体感染患者作为研究对象,分别给予微生物培养法及血清学检验法进行检验,对检验结果进行分析。结果:血清学检验1次检验阳性率为44.71%,明显低于2次检验阳性率(P<0.05);微生物培养检测中,咽拭子检验阳性率明显低于痰液检测阳性率(P<0.05);微生物培养检测肺炎支原体阳性率为87.06%,明显高于血清学检验阳性率(P<0.05);<1岁患儿血清学检验支原体检出阳性率明显低于其他年龄段患儿(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿肺炎支原体感染临床检验中,微生物培养法相对于血清学检验法诊断准确性更高。Objective To investigate different clinical examination methods of mycoplasma pneumonia infection in children and its results. Methods 85 cases of pediatric patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were selected as research objects. 85 cases were examined by microbiological cultivation and serological test, and the test results were analyzed. Results The positive rate of the first serological test was 44. 71%, which was significantly lower than that tested for the second time (P 〈 0. 05). In microbiological cultivation detection, the positive rate of throat swab test was significantly lower than that of sputum detection (P 〈 0.05 ). The positive rate of mycoplasma pneumonia by microbiological cultivation detection was 87. 06%, which was significantly higher than that by serological test (P 〈 0. 05). The positive rate of serological test for children less than one year old was significantly lower than that of other age groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion In the clinical examination of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, the accuracy of microbiological cultivation method is higher than that of the serological test.
