助产士孕期营养指导对49例妊娠期糖尿病母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察妊娠期糖尿病患者接受助产士孕期营养指导对母婴结局的影响。方法:选取98例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各49例,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上增加助产士孕期营养指导,对两组母婴结局进行观察。结果:观察组患者羊水过多、妊娠期高血压、孕期感染及糖尿病急性并发症等发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组巨大儿、新生儿窒息及围生儿死亡发生率均显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:助产士营养指导能帮助妊娠期糖尿病患者改善母婴结局,提高分娩质量,利于母婴预后,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition guidance from midwives on maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women with diabetes during gestation period. Methods 98 pregnant women with diabetes treated in our from July 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the object of study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing while patients in the observation group were given nutrition guidance from a midwife on the basis of the the nursing mode in the control group. The maternal and neonatal outcomes of two groups were ob- served. Results The incidence of pregnant women with too much amniotic fluid and the incidences of hypertension, infection and acute complication of diabetes during pregnancy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The differ- ence was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The incidences of giant infant, neonatal asphyxia and perinatal death in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nutrition guidance from midwives can help pregnant women with gestational diabetes to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes and the quality of delivery and is beneficial to maternal and infant prognosis, which is worth promoting.
