摘 要:为了明确苹果梨园不同土层有机磷组分的分布特征、不同形态有机磷的流向规律,在延边苹果梨园内坡上、坡中和坡下布置剖面点,分别挖掘剖面,根据土壤性态划分土壤自然发生层,分层采集土壤样品,采用Bowman-Cole法测定有机磷组分含量。结果表明,同一土层,荒地有机磷总量低于苹果梨园土;各有机磷组分在重力、水力及施肥等外界因素影响下会不同程度向下一土层和坡位移动和聚集;随土层加深,苹果梨园土和荒地有机磷各组分含量整体呈下降趋势;有机磷各组分含量占有机磷总量的比例不尽相同,中活性有机磷组分占有机磷总量比例最高,为延边苹果梨园土壤中最重要的有机磷形态。In order to study the distribution and flow characteristics of soil organic phosphorus fractions in different soil layers of apple-pear orchard,we mined soil profile in different slope positions( upslope,middle and down slope) of apple-pear orchard of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian,Jilin Province. Soil samples were collected from different soil genetic horizons according to soil properties,organic phosphorus fractions were determined with the Bowman-Cole method which was improved by Xiong Hengduo and Fan Yekuan. Results showed that contents of total organic phosphorus in wasteland were less than those at the same soil layer within apple-pear orchard. Organic phosphorus fractions flowed and accumulated in different degrees down soil layer and slope position under influence of external factors( gravity,water and fertilization,etc.). The contents of different organic phosphorus fractions showed a downward trend with the soil layer depth increasing in apple-pear orchard and wasteland. The proportions of each organic phosphorus fractions accounting for total phosphorus were different,and the percentage of moderately labile organic phosphorus accounting for total phosphorus was the highest,it was the most important form of organic phosphorus in apple-pear orchard soil of Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian.
