摘 要:实践人才培养是国家高等教育的重要任务,实验教学中心作为实践人才培养的重要场所,得到了各级高校的重视。为了进一步提高创建人才培养的质量,本文以哈尔滨工程大学实验教学中心、虚拟实验教学中心的人才培养手段和模式为切入点,系统地介绍了创新人才培养模式和特色手段,阐述了计算机科学与技术专业"大学计算机基础教育基地、大学生科技创新基地以及工程实践能力培养基地"三位一体办学目标的实现过程。实践表明,三位一体的实验教学中心建设理念有助于提高当前大学生的实践能力和思维意识,与社会需求紧密结合,提高人才培养质量。It has an important task on the practical personnel training in higher education,also,as an important place for the cultivation of practical talents,it got the attention from all kinds of colleges and universities during the establishment of experimental teaching center. In order to further improve the quality of the cultivation of talents,this paper takes the experimental teaching center of Harbin Engineering University,the training method and mode of virtual experiment teaching center as the breakthrough point,and systematically introduces the training mode and characteristics of innovative talents,expounds the realization process of " university computer basis education base,scientific and technological innovation base and engineering practice ability training base". The practice shows that the construction of the experimental teaching center of the trinity is helpful to improve the practical ability of the college students and the consciousness of thinking,the combination of social needs,and improve the quality of personnel training.
