甲状腺功能亢进患者尿蛋白水平与甲状腺激素水平的关系

摘　　要：目的观察比较甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)患者体内尿蛋白水平与甲状腺激素水平的关系。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月遂宁市第一人民医院内分泌专科门诊及住院的甲亢患者共58例,设为甲亢组,58例同期正常体检人员为对照组,检测甲状腺激素水平和尿蛋白水平,采用Pearson相关性检验,分析甲状腺激素水平与尿蛋白水平的相关性。结果甲亢组治疗前甲状腺激素水平和尿蛋白水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲亢组治疗前、后,FT3、FF4、TSH及尿蛋白水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲亢患者尿蛋白水平随着甲状腺激素水平的增加而增加,呈正相关。结论甲亢患者的尿蛋白水平与其甲状腺激素水平密切相关,检测尿蛋白对甲亢患者病情估计、观察有无合并症及指导治疗中具有一定意义。Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of thyroid hormone and urine protein in patients with hyperthyroidism（HT）.Methods Fifty-eight HT patients were categorized into the experiment group,while the other fifty-eight healthy patients were grouped into the control group.The correlation between the levels of thyroid hormone and urine protein was analyzed by comparing the data obtained in the control group and in the experiment group before and after the therapy with the help of Pearson correlation analysis.Results The levels of urine protein in the experiment group before therapy were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）.There were also significant differences in the levels of FT3,FT4,TSH,and urine protein between the data of the experiment before and after therapy（P〈0.05）.Levels of FT3 and FT4in observation group were positively correlated with urine protein（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The levels of HT patients′urine protein are closely correlated with the levels of thyroid hormone,which suggests that the detection of urine protein is of great significance in the evaluation of the complications and the treatment of the patients with hyperthyroidism.
