摘　　要："四个全面"战略布局蕴含着深刻的哲学思维,比如全局和局部的关系;破旧和立新的关系;求同和存异的关系;胆子要大和步子要稳的关系等。"四个全面"战略布局,是以习近平同志为总书记的党中央运用战略思维作出的顶层设计,把握住了当前我国发展的本质和规律,既有重点又统筹兼顾,既立足当前又放眼长远,是我们推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程的总方略、总框架、总抓手、总遵循,开辟了党治国理政的新境界。The ＂four comprehensives＂strategic blueprint contains profound philosophical thinking,for example,the dialectic relationship between the whole and the parts,between ringing out the old and ringing in the new,between seeking the common and reserving differences,between being daring and moving ahead steadily,and so on. Being the top- level design made by the CPC Central Committee centering on General Secretary Xi Jinping,the ＂four comprehensives＂strategic blueprint reflects the essence and law of development for the current period.It not only emphasizes the key points,but also makes overall planning; not only roots upon the current situation,but also looks forward to the future. It is the general strategy,framework,guideline and criterion for our advancing the new great course of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new great project of party building,reaching a new level in the Party＇s governing the state.
