摘　　要：提高党员干部法治思维和依法办事能力,是加强社会治理能力建设的关键问题。针对当前党员干部在社会治理过程中存在的问题,党员干部必须提高法治素养,坚持法治导向、提升法治能力、加大违法成本,是促进党员干部在社会治理中发挥关键作用的有效路径。To improve party member cadres＇ thinking oriented at rule of law and ability to act in accordance with law is the key for reinforcing social governance. Aimed at the problems faced in implementing social governance at present,party member cadres must improve their qualities in rule of law,persist in the orientation at rule of law,improve their ability to act in accordance with law,and increase the costs of infringing law. This is an effective path to enhance the role of party member cadres in social governance.
