摘　　要：根据长期的调查研究,对北方水稻生产提出以下观点:增加总产主要靠提高单产;提高单产的难度在于缓苗慢,无效分蘖率高,成熟度低;应积极推广钵苗机插技术、秸秆还田技术、提高效益技术,做好适应全程机械化标准化的农田基本建设。The paper put forward the following viewpoints on rice production in the north according to the long-term study and survey which were increasing overall food production mainly depend on increasing the yield per unit area; The different of increasingthe yield per unit area were seedling survival slowly, high ratio of noneffective tiUering and low maturation; it should actively promoted cultivation techniques of mechanized transplanting on rice pot-mat seedling and straw giving back farmland, techniques of improving the performance, doing farmland capital construction well on adapting entire mechanization and standardization.
