摘  要:采用化学改性的方法,将聚乙二醇(PEG)链段引入到环氧树脂当中,制备了一种自乳化水性环氧树脂。通过相反转法制备出水性环氧乳液,在自制的环氧改性多胺固化剂乳液中添加了Ti O2、云母氧化铁、滑石粉及助剂,然后与水性环氧乳液混合制备出水性环氧防腐涂料。运用IR光谱仪、激光粒径分布仪考察了水性环氧防腐涂料固化过程中结构变化特征及环氧树脂乳液的粒径。实验结果表明:乳液中的环氧基与固化剂中的活泼氢发生完全反应;水性环氧乳液粒径较小,分布较窄;防腐涂层具有良好的硬度、附着力、耐冲击力,其耐酸、耐盐性能优良。By the method of chemical modification,the polyethylene glycol( PEG) is chained into epoxy resin,and a self emulsified waterborne epoxy resin is prepared. Ti O2,pigment micaceous iron oxide,talcum powder and another additive are added to the curing agent,and then the mixure is blended in epoxy resin emulsion so that waterborne epoxy antiseptic coatings is prepared. The laser particle size analyzer and IR spec- trum are used to test the characteristics of its structure changes during the solidification of waterborne epoxy antiseptic coatings as well as the particle size of the waterborne epoxy resin. Results show that particle size of epoxy resin synthesized in the laboratory is smaller,and in relatively narrow distribution. Infrared spectroscopy shows that epoxy group of the emulsion reacts completely with active hydrogen of curing agent. The coatings is very hard and adhesive,resistant to both acid and salt.
