摘　　要：分析了片碱机使用中存在的问题,如驱动装置故障频繁,转鼓因采用碳钢材质而使用寿命短;针对刮刀更换频繁,碱槽易变形、腐蚀提出了运行注意事项。Problems existing in the operation of caustic soda flakers were analyzed, such as frequent fault of driving device, short service life of drum made from carbon steel. Matters needing attention during operation were proposed in view of frequent replacement of blade, easy deformation and corrosion of alkali tank.
