摘  要:糖类基质产甲烷是厌氧发酵技术研究中的重要内容,许多复杂的有机物都要先水解为可溶性糖,再进一步产酸、产甲烷。试验以葡萄糖为碳源,研究了温度、p H、污泥浓度对厌氧发酵产甲烷的影响。采用L9(33)正交实验表,通过甲烷含量指标的综合考察,得到p H是对产甲烷过程影响最大的因素。产甲烷最优组合为温度35℃、p H=7.5、污泥浓度30 g VSS/L。在上述条件下,以不同COD浓度的淀粉为碳源,研究其厌氧发酵产甲烷过程中各指标的变化规律。结果表明,中浓度条件更有利于产甲烷,高浓度条件容易产生有机酸积累导致甲烷产率低。Carbohydrate is a type of important substrate of anaerobic fermentation technique to produce methane,many complex organics are first hydrolyzed to soluble sugar solution,further to produce acid and methane.The effects of temperature,p H,sludge concentration on anaerobic methane production were studied by using glucose as carbon source.Used the orthogonal test L9(33),got the effects of on producing methane by p H was the most influential factor in the process of gas production by consider about methane content.The optimal combination of methane production was at35 ℃,p H = 7.5,with sludge concentration 30 g VSS / L.The changes of the methane producing process were studied by using starch as carbon source.The results showed that the medium concentration was more favorable to the production of methane,and the accumulation of organic acids in high concentration can result in the poor of methane production.
