摘 要:采用液相还原法制备了活性炭负载纳米铁,对样品进行FTIR、BET、SEM、XRD表征分析,并考察活性炭、纳米铁以及活性炭负载型纳米铁对甲基橙溶液的去除效果,同时探讨初始质量浓度、投加量、溶液p H以及温度对甲基橙去除效果的影响。结果表明:纳米铁成功负载在活性炭上,对甲基橙的去除效果较明显,30 min内即可达95%的去除率,在较大范围浓度内均有良好的去除效果,同时实验表明在较低p H值和较高温度下,更有利于甲基橙的去除。Activated carbon supported nano iron(AC-NZVI) was prepared by the liquid-phase reduction,the samples were analyzed by FTIR,SEM,XRD and BET.The removal efficiency of methyl orange(MO) in aqueous solution by activated carbon(AC),nanoscale iron(NZVI),and AC-NZVI were investigated,some parameters,such as initial concentration,dosage,p H value and temperature,which affect on the removal efficiency of MO,were discussed.The result showed that nanoscale iron successfully loaded on activated carbon,and MO removal effect was obvious,up to 95% removal rate within 30 min.A large range of concentrations in all good removal effect and the experiments showed that at lower p H value and higher temperature,it was more conducive to remove MO.
