摘  要:化合水产率是焦炉物料衡算和能量衡算的基础数据之一,本文回顾了焦化业对化合水产率的研究历史及获取方法,阐述了三种获取方法的利弊。其中,模拟实验实测法具有精确度较高、重复性较好的优点,但其费用较昂贵;经验公式法较模拟实验实测法而言更快速、更便捷,然而存在着一定程度上的不确定性;氧平衡法相对于前两种方法而言计算较粗略、误差较大。最后对经验公式法和氧平衡法提出了完善的方向。Chemical water yield rate is a basic data of calculating mass balance and energy balance of coke oven.Research history and methods on the chemical water yield rate in coking industry were reviewed and the advantages and disadvantages of three acquisition methods were discussed.Among them,simulated experiment method had the advantages of high accuracy and repeatability,but the cost was more expensive.Empirical formula method was more rapid and more convenient than the experimental method,but there was a certain degree of uncertainty.Compared with the above-mentioned two methods,the calculation of oxygen balance method was the most rough and the biggest error.The improvements of the empirical formula method and the oxygen balance method were presented.
