摘　　要：为提升大学生的实验技能,以大学生科技创新活动为平台,将教师的科研项目与学生的个性有机融合,提供促进学生能力的发展思路。针对大学生科技创新活动存在的问题,结合地方性本科高校科技创新活动的改革和实践,提出提升实验技能的方法和措施。实践结果表明:以大学生科技创新活动为平台不仅能有效提升大学生的实验技能,而且还能为高校教师自身科研能力和管理能力的提升提供新的途径。Based on undergraduates＇ science and technology innovation activities,in order to improve experiment skills,research projects from teachers with students＇ individuals were integrated,to provide thoughts of promoting their ability development.Aiming at the existing problems of science and technology innovation activities,the reform and practice of them in local undergraduate universities were combined,and it came up with the ways and measures of improving experiment skills.The results of practice showed that it not only improved undergraduate experiment skills,but also supplied a lot of talents for the research projects of college teachers.
