含氟蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯的制备及性能

摘　　要：以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃(PTMG,Mn=2 000)等为主要原料,以蓖麻油(C.O)及含氟二元醇(Rf(OH)_2,Mn=387)为改性剂,采用丙酮法制得了含氟蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯乳液(CFWPU).通过正交试验设计考察了C.O、Rf(OH)_2用量及加入方式对水性聚氨酯乳液以及胶膜性能的影响,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线(XRD)及原子力显微镜(AFM)等分析研究了聚合体系的结构及性能.结果表明:采取C.O先加入、Rf(OH)_2后加入的方式,当C.O用量为5%(以IPDI和多元醇总质量计)、Rf(OH)_2用量为4%时,所得CFWPU乳液和胶膜综合性能较好,其胶膜吸水率降至1.8%,胶膜拉伸强度达到23.91MPa;XRD测试表明CFWPU胶膜的结晶度增加,结晶形式发生了微小程度的转变;AFM测试表明CFWPU存在不均匀的多相结构,改性后微相分离程度减小.A fluoride castor oil-based waterborne polyurethane was prepared by isophorone diisocyanate（IPDI）,polyethylene tetrahydrofuran（PTMG,Mn=2 000）as raw material,caster oil（C.O）and fluoride glycol（Rf（OH）2,Mn=387）as the modifier.Discusses the effects of C.O,Rf（OH）2content and the way on the properties of polyurethane emulsion and films by orthogonal experiment design.Structure and properties of the polymer were studied by FT-IR,XRD and AFM.The results showed that：When the content of C.O was 5%,the content of Rf（OH）2was 4%and by the way of adding C.O firstly Rf（OH）2secondly,the CFWPU emulsion showed a stable performance.Water absorption of the CFWPU films was 1.8%,the tensile strength is 23.91 MPa.XRD test showed that the crystallinity of CFWPU film increased,the crystalline form has changed in small degree.AFM test showed that multiphase structure existed in the CFWPU,the degree of miro phase separation reduced after modified.
