摘  要:采用甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、磺酸盐单体和烯丙基醇聚氧乙烯醚(APEG500)等合成了具有不同磺酸盐单体的第一类三元聚羧酸盐水煤浆分散剂.在三元的基础上,引入苯乙烯(St),合成了第二类四元的聚羧酸盐水煤浆分散剂.讨论了不同磺酸盐单体对应的分散剂对水煤浆分散性能的影响,以及苯乙烯在水煤浆分散中的作用.通过对水煤浆表观粘度和静态析水率的测试,研究了分散剂的分散性能和水煤浆的稳定性.采用总有机碳含量的测定(TOC),通过Langmuir等温吸附方程的拟合,得出了内蒙古霍林河煤对分散剂的饱和吸附量和吸附平衡常数K,并结合Zeta电位和润湿角测定分析了以上分散剂的性能.结果表明:不具苯环的第一类分散剂,主要以烷烃链为活性吸附点,即PCSA的饱和吸附量最大,可达到2.80mg/g,浆浓在57%时,表观粘度在734mPa·s,Zeta电位达到-32mV,接触角为50.53°,分散效果最好.第二类分散剂,苯环为主要活性吸附点,PCSMT的吸附量最大,可达3.19mg/g,浆浓在57%时,表观粘度在503.7mPa·s,Zeta电位为-36mV,接触角有49.84°,分散效果最好.PCSS的Langmuir平衡常数K最大,为1.07×10-2.第二类分散剂的Langmuir平衡常数K最大可达到6.49×10-3,其余第一类分散剂K最大为3.21×10-3,表明苯环的吸附强度比甲基的吸附强度大.A series of ternary compound with different sulfonates NO.1CWS dispersants were synthesized,using methacrylic acid(MAA),sulfonates and allyl polyethylene glycol(APEG500).And based on this way,styrene were introduced to prepare the NO.2quaternary compound CWS dispersants.Discussed effect of different sulfonate monomers and styrene on dispersing.Apparent viscosity and 7dwater absortion of CWS were tested to characterize dispersants properties.Trough TOC adsorption test,according to the Langmuir adsorption isothermal adsorption model to calculate the saturated adsorption and adsorption equilibrium constant K.In combination with Zeta potation and wetting angle to demonstrate disperse.It was found that,alkane chain was main adsorption part of NO.1dispeisants except for PCSS,PCSA showed maximum saturated adsorption 2.80mg/g,apparent viscosity 734mPa·s,Zeta potation-32 mV and 50.53°wetting angle,when concentration of CWS at 57%.While,benzene ring acted as major adsorption point of NO.2dispersants,PCSMT showed maximum saturated adsorption 3.19mg/g,apparent viscosity 503.7mPa·s,Zeta potation-36 mv and49.84°wetting angle,when concentration of CWS at 57%.PCSS dispersant adsorption equilibrium constant K can reach 1.07× 10^-2,and other NO.1dispersants,maximum K was 3.21× 10^-3,NO.2dispersants maximum K was up to 6.49×10^-3,it showed thatbenzene ring had stonger intensity of the adsorption than alkane.
