摘 要:采用Sn^(4+)配位改性液体骨胶胶粘剂,应用效应面法对实验进行优化.根据BBD实验设计原理,在单因素实验的基础上,采用3因素3水平的效应面法,以改性骨胶的粘度、凝固点为响应量,SnCl_4用量、尿素用量、十二烷基硫酸钠用量为因素,建立响应量的回归模型,通过回归模型计算得到最佳制备条件与预测值,通过重复实验对最佳制备条件与预测值进行验证.实验结果表明,由回归模型计算得到的最佳制备条件及预测值与实验结果吻合,最佳条件为:mSnCl_4=1.27、m尿素=0.79g、mSDS=0.44g;预测值为:凝固点4.4℃、粘度1.902Pa·s.Bone glue adhesive was modified by Sn^4+ coordination,and response surface method was used to optimize the experiment.According to the design principle of Box-Behnken Design,on the basis of single factor experiments,the response surface method of three factors with three levels were employed,the freezing point and viscosity were taken as reponses value to analyze the significance and interaction of the three factors such as the amount of SnCl4,the amount of carbamide,the amount of lauryl sodium sulfate,through the regression model,the optimal reaction conditions and the predicted values were calculated by the regression model,and the optimum reaction condition were verified by repeated experiments.Experiment results show that the optimum synthetic conditions and the predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The optimal synthesis condition were amount of SnCl41.27 g,amount of carbamide 0.79 g,amount of lauryl sodium sulfate 0.44 g,the predictive value for reponse were freezing point 4.4 ℃,viscosity 1.902Pa·s.
