摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定盐酸伐昔洛韦的含量及其有关物质。使用Phenomenex Hyper Clone C18色谱柱,流动相为0.01%氨水（用磷酸调至p H 3.5）∶乙腈（70∶30）,检测波长251 nm。盐酸伐昔洛韦与有关物质分离完全,在2.5~500μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.82%,RSD为0.40%。An HPLC method was established for the determination of valaciclovir hydrochloride and its related substances. A Phenomenex Hyper Clone C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of 0.01% ammonia solution（adjusted to p H 3.5 with phosphoric acid） ∶acetonitrile（70∶30） at the detection wavelength of 251 nm. Valaciclovir hydrochloride and its related substances were separated successfully. It was linear in the concentration range of 2.5 —5 00 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.82%, with RSD of 0.40%.
