摘　　要：在甲醇装置精甲醇产量达到1650 t以上的情况下,德士古水煤浆气化装置碳洗塔出现严重的带水和带灰现象,导致变换工段原料气预热器结垢堵塞。针对出现的问题,采取有针对性的改造措施后,再未发生过因原料气预热器堵塞而停车清理的问题,经济效益显著。When refined methanol output of methanol unit reaching more than 1 650 t, water entrainment and ash entrainment phenomena appear in carbon washing tower of Texaco coal-water slurry gasifier seriously, causing feed gas preheater of shift conversion section scaling and blocking. In connection with the arisen problem, targeted revamp measures are taken, and shutdown for equipment cleaning caused by raw gas preheater blocking has never happened again, the economic benefit is significant.
